Abstract
The Italian situation on psychotherapy is presented here with a critical eye on the old diatribe between science of spirit and science of nature, the focus given to training and to the insurance market and the balance between culture and business in our professional field. It is the opinion of the author that the role of psychotherapy and the consulting professions is crucial in every culture and that the constitutional definition of these professions in every country has to be taken into adequate account by professional communities. In this light, the history of psychotherapy law and the actual training and practice in Italy is presented.
La situation de la psychothérapie en Italie est présentée ici avec un regard critique sur la vieille diatribe entre science de l'esprit et science de la nature, l'attention portée à la formation et au marché de l'assurance, et l'équilibre entre culture et commerce dans notre champ professionnel. L'auteur considère que le rôle de la psychothérapie et des professions de conseil est crucial dans chaque culture, et que la définition constitutionnelle de ces professions dans chaque pays doit être convenablement prise en compte par les communautés professionnelles. Sous cet angle est présentée l'histoire du droit de la psychothérapie, de la formation et de la pratique à proprement parler, en Italie.
Dargestellt ist die Situation der Psychotherapie in Italien mit einem kritischen Blick auf den alten Disput zwischen Geisteswissenschaft und Naturwissenschaft. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Ausbildung und Versicherungsmarkt sowie das Gleichgewicht zwischen Kultur und Arbeit in unserem Berufsfeld. Die Autorin vertritt die Meinung, daß die Psychotherapie und andere beratende Berufe in jeder Kultur eine entscheidende Rolle spielen und daß der verfassungsmäßigen Definition dieser Berufe in jedem Land eine angemessene Bedeutung von Seiten der Berufsgruppen zusteht. Unter diesem Gesichtspunkt werden die Geschichte des Psychotherapie-Gesetzes sowie der aktuelle Stand von Ausbildung und Praxis in Italien dargestellt.
