  • Continuing increases in worldwide energy costs and diminishing accessibility of fossil energy resources
  • Interactions between energy costs and availability and the goal of decarbonization
  • Examination of aspects of technology diffusion and its role in the transition towards a low-carbon economy

Full-length research articles and invited review papers will be considered. Each manuscript will go through a single-anonymized peer-review process.
