Aims and scope

Mycobiology is a fully open access journal that publishes research on fungi and fungus-like organisms. The journal focuses on yeasts, filamentous fungi, lichen fungi, oomycetes, molds, and mushrooms.

It is published bimonthly and is the official publication of the Korean Society of Mycology.

Mycobiology aimsto publish fundamental and applied investigations on all aspects of mycology and their traditional allies.

Mycobiology is an Open Access international, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality, original research.

The journal operates a single anonymized peer review policy.

All articles will be made freely and permanently available online through gold open access publication.
