The European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology is the official journal of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP).

EAWOP facilitates research and practice in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology through its biannual conference, journals, summer schools, small group meetings, and workshops. Since its informal start over 25 years ago, EAWOP has seen a steady growth in its number of members, which today totals approximately 1250 members.

The Association's new website offers a number of advantages to members, including free access to their journals and access to members’ profiles – hopefully facilitating collaboration between European researchers and practitioners.

EAWOP hosts a major congress every two years. The theme of the next EAWOP congress will be Respectful and effective leadership - managing people and organizations in turbulent times, and it will be held in Oslo, Norway, May 20th-22nd 2015.
