Bo-Wen Shen

Bo-Wen Shen, who obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Marine, Earth, and Atmospheric Sciences at North Carolina State University, currently holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at San Diego State University.

Xubin Zeng

Xubin Zeng is the Agnes N. Haury Chair and Professor in the Department of Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Arizona. He also leads two international climate research projects: the Global Energy and Water Exchanges and Global Precipitation Experiment.
