ABSTRACT

Double-layered polymer-stabilised cholesteric liquid crystal (PSCLC) films constructed from epoxy resin and polyacrylate were prepared based on photopolymerisation-induced phase separation. Moreover, a PSCLC film with an interpenetrating network was prepared through a one-step photopolymerisation approach. A colourful pattern was prepared based on these two approaches, which was suitably applied for decoration.
