He serves as special advisor for Latin America and the Caribbean to the high representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell (ad honorem).

Camilo López Burian

Camilo López Burian is an adjunct professor of political science and international relations in the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Law, respectively, at the Universidad de la República in Uruguay.
