Michael Rywkin
Michael Rywkin, professor emeritus at City College of the City University of New York, is the president emeritus and chairman of the Policy Advisory Board, Association for the Study of Nationalities (the former Soviet Union and East Europe). He has written extensively on Soviet and Central Asian affairs and on matters that affect the post-Soviet republics in general.
