Alexander O. Smith

Alexander O. Smith is a PhD candidate at the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University. Their work primarily focuses around the subject of memetics and information within the areas of cultural heritage informatics, digital humanities, and media theory. Current work involves investigating how memes function as memory, curation and documentation of memetic content, and the transmission and dynamics of cultural information through cybernetic technologies.
