International Journal of Intelligent Computing in Medical Sciences and Image Processing (IC-MED) focuses the new techniques arising from the fusion of medical sciences and image processing. This fusion enhances not only medical quality but also image processing techniques. The focus is to publish the highest quality research in Intelligent Computing application and convergence of the areas of medical sciences and/or image processing. Intelligent Computing includes Soft Computing (Computational Intelligence) and AI for a wide range of information analysis and knowledge acquisition applications. Intelligent computing also has a focus on computational and logic methods for various Medical sciences.
This Journal also aims at publishing research which enables the implementation of a prototype system for various images. Authors are encouraged to submit papers that deal with theory, design, system and application in these areas. The topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
