Raquel M. Rall

Raquel M. Rall is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Strategic Initiatives in the School of Education at UC Riverside. Her research centers postsecondary leadership and governance. She has a PhD in urban education policy from the University of Southern California and degrees in Human Biology and African and African American Studies from Stanford University.

Demetri L. Morgan

Demetri L. Morgan, PhD (he/him), is an Associate Professor of Higher Education at Loyola University Chicago. Broadly, his research and teaching focus on the role of higher education in a diverse democracy by exploring how people are impacted by, yet navigate and transform, sociopolitical systems amid their educational journey.
