Dean Allbritton
Dean Allbritton is associate professor of Spanish and Director of the Center for the Arts and Humanities at Colby College. His scholarship, including his monograph Feeling Sick: The Early Years of AIDS in Spain (Liverpool, 2023) examines linkages between sex, sickness, and health in contemporary Spanish visual culture. He has published articles in The Bulletin of Hispanic Studies, the Journal of Spanish Cultural Studies, Revista de Estudios Hispánicos, and Hispanic Research Journal, among others.
