Résumé

La zone centrale du corps d'Ublsch du Lis est étudiée au plan ultrastructural et cytochimique au cours de sa maturation. Le cœur orbiculaire se présente sous forme d'une région amorphe de dimension constante. Il renferme des polypeptides, des lipides insaturés et des composés pectiques qui s'estérifient progressivement.

Summary

The central zone of Ubisch bodies in Lilium has been studied at the ultrastructural and cytochemical level during its maturing. The orbicule core appears to be an amorphous area with constant size. It Is composed with polypeptides, unsatured lipids and pectic compounds that are esterified progressively.
