Baorong Wang

Baorong Wang is professor of Translation Studies at Hangzhou Normal University in Hangzhou, China. In 2012 he received a PhD in Translation Studies from the University of Hong Kong. His main research interests are the translation and dissemination of Chinese literature and culture, the sociological approaches to Translation Studies, audiovisual translation, and translation history. He has published two scholarly books and over 100 papers in refereed Chinese and international journals.
