ABSTRACT

This paper proposes a novel system for search and recognition in flood-affected areas using a swarm of autonomous drones. The system is based on a combination of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and networking technologies. The drones are equipped with cameras and sensors to identify victims, assess damage, and provide real-time updates to rescue crews. The drones can also create a temporary network in areas where the existing network has been disrupted. The system has the potential to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of search and rescue operations in the aftermath of a natural disaster.
