Lucy Wray

Lucy Wray is a Research Associate at the University of Bristol working on the AHRC project, ‘Mariners: Religion, race and empire in British ports, 1801-1914’. She is a social and cultural historian of Ireland and Britain, specialising in lens-based sources. Her forthcoming publications centre on themes of photography, public history and gender.
