This paper has been prepared to detail the main theme of the paper entitled “Impact of the overall regularity and related granulometric characteristics on the critical state soil mechanics of natural sands: a state-of-the art review” and to enhance the content integrity to be considered as a reply to the discussion paper of Debdeep Sarkar and Meisam Goudarzy (2022).
