ABSTRACT

The study examined the mental health of 894 college students during the post-pandemic transition using the DASS-21 tool in a local college in Pampanga, Philippines. Using a descriptive-comparative method, the research explored mental health differences based on sex. Results indicated moderate levels of depression and anxiety, with normal stress levels among college students. The findings emphasized the vulnerability of college students, particularly females, to depression, anxiety, and stress during the post-pandemic transition. The study recommends psychoeducation interventions to address these mental health challenges, providing valuable insights into the well-being of college students in the changing post-pandemic environment.
