Priority Intensity	Description	Explanation
1	The importance of these two elements	The effect of the 2 elements on the goal is to have the same effect.
3	One element has more importance than the other elements.	The existence of experience and judgment provides support for 1 element that will be compared with other elements.
5	One element has more importance than the other elements.	Experience and judgment have such a strong influence. Strong influence and experience provide support for 1 element compared to other elements.
7	The first element has absolute importance compared to the other elements.	There is 1 strong element that can support the two dominants seen in practice.
9	One element has absolute importance compared to other elements.	Evidence is supported by one element with another having a high degree of certainty that is likely to provide strength.
2, 4, 6, 8	There is a value that has 2 values in considering 2 positions that are close to each other.	If there are 2 components, it will give a value between the 2 options.
