H. Çağatay Keskinok

H. Çağatay Keskinok, Department of City and Regional Planning, Middle East Technical University, has a PhD from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Public Administration and Political Science and has worked for the Municipality of Ankara on the Batıkent/Ankara New Settlement Project. His professional experience also includes roles at the Ankara Metropolitan Master Plan Bureau on the Eryaman/Ankara New Settlement Area Project and at the Real Estate and Credit Bank of Turkey in the Housing Construction Department. He previously held academic roles at the Middle East Technical University in the Urban Policy Planning and Local Governments Program and at Ankara University in the Social Sciences Institute, Urban and Environmental Sciences Program. He has published a large number of books, articles and proceedings, including Jansen ve Ankara. Planlar ve Yazışmalar [Jansen and Ankara. Plans and Documents] (with E. Efeoğlu and I. Yavuz Özgür), The State and the (Re) production of Urban Space, and The Cities, Security and Poverty (with M. Yılmaz).
