ABSTRACT
In this study, narrow (edge) wall standing wave slotted waveguide antenna design is proposed. This antenna operates at 2.812 GHz in S frequency band. Also, the design equations and slot characterization method are given in this study. This antenna is designed with two flanges to shape the elevation pattern and to increase the antenna gain. This antenna provides low cross polarization without using any polarizer or any other structure. The designed antenna is suitable for high gain and high-power applications. The performance of the proposed design is examined with simulations and verified with measurements.
