Risk is a part of every phase of each project’s lifecycle that risk management is essential but complex to be performed. Lack of critical risk identifications and effective management strategies can lead to severe consequences such as construction defects, cost overruns, and the failure of project. In this collection, articles contribute to assess the key risk factors influencing the quality and efficiency of the project and demonstrate several prospective risk management methods during the construction project.
