Architectural History and Theory

The Architectural History and Theory division of JAABE welcomes submissions on a broad range of subjects, including but not limited to architectural history, architectural theory, heritage preservation, and architectural criticism. In addition to traditional research methods, this division encourages authors to incorporate transdisciplinary perspectives into their work. We believe that new research in science, technology, and humanity could significantly enhance our understanding of architecture's historical value and theoretical depth. This field's scope is not restricted to Asia. Papers on the projects from other regions are also welcome.
