Yangyang Jiang
Yangyang Jiang is an Associate Professor in Marketing at Nottingham University Business School China, University of Nottingham Ningbo China and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She did a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from Renmin University of China and completed her Ph.D. at Monash University, Australia. Her research focuses on services marketing, digital transformation, customer experience, and sustainable development. Her research work has appeared in Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Travel Research, Technology Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Rural Studies, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Tourism Recreation Research, Tourism Analysis, Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management, Tourism Review, and others. Dr. Jiang worked for the Olympic Partner’s Global Hospitality Program at four Olympic Games in China, Canada, UK, and Brazil.
Yuwei Zan
Yuwei Zan received a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. She also received a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Her research interests include Chinese travelers’behavior and tourism marketing.

Balaji M S is a Professor of Marketing at the Rennes School of Business, France. His research interests include hospitality and tourism management, customer-employee interaction, and customer incivility.
