László Kökény is an Assistant Lecturer and PhD-candidate at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. He will be awarded a Ph.D. in Tourism Management from the Corvinus University of Budapest in the end of 2022. His recent research interests include tourism services, consumer behaviour, tourism safety, service distribution and perceived risk.

Zsófia Kenesei is a Professor of Service Marketing at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. She was awarded a Ph.D. in Business and Management from the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2000. Her recent research interests include tourism services, service marketing, technology acceptance and consumer behaviour.

Gábor Michalkó
Gábor Michalkó is a Professor of Tourism at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary and scientific advisor at the Geographical Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Debrecen in 1998. His recent research interests include urban tourism, shopping tourism, health tourism, tourism safety, and the relationship between tourism and quality of life.
