Society information

The Korean Information Display Society (KIDS) was formed on display technologies for Korea's information display industry in 1999. KIDS seeks to cultivate professionals in the area of information displays to provide advanced research on next-generation information display technologies to facilitate cooperation and technology transfer between the academia, research institutions, and industries; and to strengthen international ties of local business and to establish international cooperation for global display industries in the 21st century.

Society membership is available locally and internationally.

JID Awards
A few awards will be bestowed for distinguished papers published in JID every year. The annual award papers presented in the International Meeting on Information Displays to be held in Korea are strongly recommended for publication in JID.
