Established in 1992, CFPJ is now Canada’s leading journal of international affairs.
We welcome submissions on:
The Journal’s international advisory and editorial boards reflect diverse political, disciplinary and professional perspectives. Contributors are drawn from Canada and around the world. Essays are fully referenced, peer-reviewed, authoritative yet written for the specialist and non-specialist alike. Our readers include government officials, academics, students of international affairs, journalists, NGOs, and the private sector. We welcome your submission.
Peer Review Policy: All articles submitted to Canadian Foreign Policy Journal undergo initial editorial screening. Once deemed suitable, research articles are sent out for rigorous double-anonymous peer review by at least two independent referees. Policy commentaries and book reviews are reviewed by the Journal Editor and are peer reviewed on a discretionary basis.
Authors can choose to publish gold open access in this journal.
From the first issue of the 2021 volume year the online version of record of each original article published in Canadian Foreign Policy Journal will be freely available on Taylor & Francis Online twelve months after the original publication of the issue in which is appears.
